  • Bashy will make every attempt to deliver your order, however, if no one is available to receive the product during the delivery window, we will need to cancel the order.
  • All sales are final.

Alternate Arrangements, Order Cancellations & Refunds

Please note we require 24 hours notice prior to your delivery date to make alternate delivery arrangements (Ex: change to delivery address, or new delivery date).

Cancellations with full refund can be made by emailing us prior to the cut-off time of 11:00pm ET the day prior to your scheduled delivery. Otherwise, all sales are final.
